人参组织悬浮培养试验初报

EXPERIMENTS ON SUSPENSION CULTURE OF GINSENG CALLUS, A PRELIMINARY REPORT

  • 摘要: 在固体培养的基础上,于67-Ⅴ培养液中悬浮培养人参组织取得成功。容器大小对组织培养物的生长速度、干组织重量和其中皂甙含量,影响较小;而不同培养基和继代培养次数,则影响较大。与固体培养相比,组织悬浮培养物生长较快,培养期较短,干组织重量和其中皂甙含量均有所提高。由于悬浮培养省去培养基中的琼脂,使培养基费用降低了2/3左右。悬浮培养较易放大培养,它为进一步大规模生产,提供了有益的参考。

     

    Abstract: Ginseng callus was suspension cultured in 67-V and SH media, in 500, 2000, and 5000 ml flasks and was subcultured for 6 transfers. The results of these experiments showed that the growth rates (0.337~0.580g/1/day) and the dry weights (10.0~16.8g/1) of ginseng callus cultures were higher than they were on solid medium. The saponin contents (3.51~6.25%)of dry masses of these suspension cultures were not lower than those cultured on solid medium.
