全固态链霉素传感电极的研制

A NEW ALL-SOLID-STATE STREPTOMYCIN ION-SENSITIVE ELECTRODE

  • 摘要: 研制了链霉素传感电极。电极对链霉素的两个链霉胍胺氮与甲基葡萄糖胺氮均有响应,能斯脱响应下限为10-4~10-5M,斜率19~20 mV/logC。在pH 5.4~7.2范围内pH对电极电位影响不大。实验指出用全固态结构代替现时通用的电极结构,具有明显的优点。镀层贵金属(铂、金或银)与电活性物种类(二环己基萘磺酸、硅钨酸、磷钨酸及二苦胺型)对电极性能无显著影响。本电极的缺点是选择性差。

     

    Abstract: A new streptomycin ion-sensitive electrode of all-solid-state construction is developed. The electrode responses to both streptidine and N-methyl-Lglucosamine and shows Nernstian response down to 10-4~10-5M streptomycin solutions over a pH range of 5.4~7.2 with a cationic slope of ca. 19~20 mV/concentration decade. No significant differences were found between electrodes with platinum, gold or silver as substrate metal or electrodes made with the ion-association complex of streptomycin silicotungstate, phosphotungstate, dicyclohexylnaphthalenesulfonate or dipicrylaminate. The new-type sensitive electrode has the advantage of fast response, stability and simplicity in construction. Direct potentiometric determination of 0.437~7.51 mg/ml streptomycin sulfate showed an average recovery of 96.6~99.1% and mean standard deviation of 4.7~5.9%. However, selectivity of the streptomycin ion-sensitive electrode is poor.
