十二个蒽醌化合物的质子核磁共振谱研究

STUDIES ON PROTON MAGNETIC RESONANCE SPECTRA OF TWELVE ANTHRAQUINONE COMPOUNDS

  • 摘要: 本文报道了十二个新合成的丙烯酸酯、丙烯酰胺或羟甲基取代的蒽醌化合物的质子核磁共振谱。通过谱线归属,进一步证实了它们的结构;根据偶合常数和NOE实验讨论了其中二个化合物,即3-甲氧基蒽醌-2-丙烯醛、蒽醌-2-丙烯酰-N,N-二乙胺的几何构型和优势构象;同时研究了取代基对芳环质子化学位移的影响。

     

    Abstract: This paper reports the PMR spectra of twelve new synthetic anthraquinones. The data are presented in tables 1 and 2.The chemical structures of these new compounds were further confirmed by the assigments of their chemical shifts. According to the coupling constants and NOE experiments the predominating conformation and configuration of two of these compounds, i e, 3-methoxy-anthraquinone-2-acrolein and anthraquinone-2-acryl-N, N-diethylamide have been discussed.In addition, the substituent effects on the chemical shifts of proton have been studied in detail.
