促甲状腺素释放激素(TRH)类似物YM14673对大鼠脑损伤并发脑水肿的作用

EFFECT OF THYKOTROPIN-RELEASING HORMONE ANALOGUE(YM14073) ON EXPERIMENTAL BRAIN CONTUSION AND EDEMA IN RATS

  • 摘要: 用雄性Wistar大鼠,采用Feeney等的落体撞击法造成左顶颅脑挫伤。动物随机分组,给于TRH类似物YM14673(0.1 mg·kg-1或1.0 mg.kg-1,ip)或等体积生理盐水。治疗组可明显地减轻脑水肿。

     

    Abstract: The effect of TRH analogne,YM 14673:Nα-(S)-4-oxo-2-azetidinyl-earbenyl)-L-histidyl-L-prolinamide dihydrate,on traumatic brain edema were studied in maleWistar rats,The cerebral contusion was produced by Feeney's dropping weight methed. Animals wererandomly divided into 4 groups:normal group and YM14673(0.1 mg·kg-1,ip), YM14673(1.0 mg·kg-1,ip)and a control group(given equal volume of physiological saline,ip)after cerebralcoutusion. Contents of water in brain tissue were measured.These results suggest that treatments withYM14673 significantly reduced brain edema than control group(P<0.05).
