山芝麻中三个新三萜化合物的结构测定

STRUCTURE DETERMINATION OF THREE NEW TRIERP HELICTERES ANGUSTIFOLIA LINN ENOIDS

  • 摘要: 从梧桐科植物山芝麻(Helicteres angustifolia L.)的根中分离出6种成分。其中3种为已知化合物β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol),白桦脂酸(betulic acid)和齐墩果酸(oleanolic acid)。其余3种为新的三萜类化合物,命名为山芝麻酸甲酯(methyl helicterate),山芝麻宁酸甲酯(methyl helicterate)和山芝麻宁酸(helicterilic acid)。其化学结构经光谱分析和衍生物制备分别推定为Ⅰ,Ⅱ和Ⅳ。

     

    Abstract: Six chemical constituents (Ⅰ-Ⅵ) were isolated from the roots of Helieteres angustifolia L.. Three of them were shown to be identical with β-sitosterol, betulic acid and oleanolic acid. The other three were found to be new triterpenoids, named methyl helicterate, methyl helicterilate and helicterilic acid with structures elucidated as Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅳ respectively, on the basis of spectroscopic analysis and preparation of derivatives.
