用核磁共振新技术测定日本续断皂甙E1的结构

APPICATION OF NEW TECHNIQUES OF NMR IN THE STRUCTURE ELUCIDATION OF JAPONDIPSAPONIN E1 ISOLATED FROM DIPSACUS JAPONICUS Miq.

  • 摘要: 从日本续断Dipsocus japunicus Miq.根的乙醇提到物中得到一个新三萜皂甙(5糖甙),命名为日本续断皂甙E1(japondipsaponin E1)。用化学方法及1HNMR,13CNMR,1H-1H COSY,一维多重接力COSY,选择性远程DEPT和三重共振NOE差谱等方法,鉴定其结构为3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖(1-3)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖(1→3)-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖(1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖常春藤皂甙元28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖甙。

     

    Abstract: A new triterpenoid saponin, named japondipsaponin E1 (5 sugars), was isolated from the ethanolic extract of the roots of Dipsacus japonicus Miq. The structure was elucidated by chemical and spectral methods. e. g. 1HNMR, 13CNMR, 1H-1H COSY, selective long range DEPT and NOEDS, to be 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(l→3)-β-D-glucopyranosyl (l→3)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→2)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-hederagenin 28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside.
