刺五加茎叶化学成分研究

STUDIES ON CHEMICAL CONSTITUENTS FROM ACANTHOPANAX SENTICOSUS(RUPR.ET MAXIM.) HARMS

  • 摘要: 目的:研究五加科植物刺五加Acanthopanax senticosus(Rupr.et Maxim .) Harms 茎叶中的化学成分。方法:利用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:得到3 个化合物,分别鉴定为新刺五加酚(neociwujiaphenol,IV),阿魏酸葡糖苷(feruloylsucrose,V) ,丁香苷(syringin,VI)。结论:IV 为新化合物,V为自然界中首次分离。

     

    Abstract: AIM: To study the chemical composition of the stems and leaves of Acanthopanax seticosus(Rupr.et Maxim.) Harms.METHODS: Various chromatographic techniques were used to separate and purify the constituents. Their structures were determined by spectral analysis and chemical evidence.RESULTS: Three compounds were identified as: neociwujiaphenol(IV), feruloyl sucrose(V) and syringin(VI). CONCLUSION: Compound IV is a new compound. Compound V was isolated from the nature for the first time.
