微晶次硝酸铋对安定吸附作用的研究
AN IN VITRO STUDY OF THE ADSORPTION OF DIAZEPAM ON MICROCRYSTALLINE BISMUTH SUBNITRATE

摘要: 用体外实验法,研究微晶次硝酸铋于人工胃液中37℃时对安定的吸附作用。微晶次硝酸铋吸附安定,符合Freundlich吸附等温式及Langmuir吸附等温式,有可能为单分子层吸附。在每次服用剂量2.5~5mg范围内,每1g微晶次硝酸铋,可吸附安定2~3.4mg,安定主要以阳离子通过静电力被吸附。被吸附的安定于人工肠液中,可进行不同程度的脱吸而再释出。Abstract: The adsorption of diazepam on microcrystalline bismuth subnitrate in simulated gastric fluid at 37℃ was found to obey the Freundlich and Langmuir relationships. One g microcrystalline bismuth subnitrate was shown to be able to adsorb approximately 2~3.4 mg of diazepam in the dose from 2.5 to 5 mg. We presume that the adsorption of diazepam by microcrystalline subnitrate takes place primarily by electrostatic attraction.The possibility of desorption of diazepam from microcrystalline bismuth subnitrate was also investigated using simulated intestinal fluid and found that about 50 percent was desorped.
