蒺藜化学成分的研究
STUDIES ON THE CHEMICAL COMPONENTS OF TRIBULUS TERRESTIRS

摘要: 目的:研究蒺藜( Tribulusterrestris L.) 中生物活性物质。方法:用硅胶柱色谱、HPLC进行分离,根据光谱数据鉴定其结构。结果:分离纯化得到两种呋甾皂苷,确定其结构为26-O-β-D吡喃葡糖基-(25 R,S)-5α-呋甾-12-羰基-20(22)-烯基-3β,26-二醇-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡糖基(1 →4)-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷(I) ;26O-β-D-吡喃葡糖基-(25 R)-5α-呋甾-12-羰基3β,22α,26三醇-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡糖基(1→2)-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷(II)。结论:I,II均为新化合物。Abstract: AIM: To investigate the bioactive constituents of the fruits of Tribulus terrestris L.. METHODS: Silica gel column chromatography and HPLC were used for isolation. The structures of the saponins were elucidated by spectroscopic methods. RESULTS: Two furostanal saponins were isolated and identified from the fruits of Tribulus terrestris. , and their structures were elucidated as 26- O-β-D-glucopyranosyl (25 R,S )- 5α-furostane 12 one 20(22) en 3β,26 diol-3-O-β-D -glucopyranosyl(1→4) β -D -galactopyranoside (I), 26- O-β-D- glucopyranosyl (25 R ) 5α furostane 12 one 3β,22α,26 triol-3-O-β-D -glucopyranosyl(1→2) -β- D-galactopyranoside (II). CONCLUSION: Both are new compounds.
