百合化学成分的分离和结构鉴定

STUDIES ON CHEMICAL CONSTITUENTS OF LILIUM BROWNII

  • 摘要: 从百合(Lilium browni F.E.Brown var.viridulum Baker)的干燥肉质鳞片中分离得到5个化合物,根据光谱(IR,FAB-MS,1HNMR,13HNMR,DEPT,HMQC,HMBC)解析和理化性质,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(I)、胡萝卜苷(I)、正丁基-β-D-吡喃果糖苷(II)、26-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖3β,26-二羟基-5-胆甾烯-16,22-二氧3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖-(1→2)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(IV)、26-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖3β,26-二羟基胆甾烷-16,22-二氧-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖-(1→2)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(V)。其中IV和V为新化合物,I、I和II为首次从该植物中分得。

     

    Abstract: Lilium brownii F.E.Brown var. viridulum Baker is a well-known and very important traditional Chinese medicine. It has been used as sedative, antitussive, anti-inflammatory or as a nutrient. Five compounds were isolated from the bulbs of Lilium brownii. On the basis of spectroscopic analysis (IR, FABMS,1HNMR,13CNMR, DEPT, HMQC, HMBC) and their physicochemical properties, they were identified as β-sitosterol (I), daucosterol (II), n-butyl-β-D-fructopyranoside (III), 26-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-3β,26-dihydroxy-5-cholesten-16,22-dioxo-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside (IV), 26-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-3β,26-dihydroxy cholestan-16,22-dioxo-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside(V). Among them, I, II and III were isolated from this plant for the first time, IV and V are new compounds.
