蝉翼藤茎化学成分研究

STUDIES ON THE CHEMICAL CONSTITUENTS OF SECURIDACA INAPPENDICULATA

  • 摘要: 目的对蝉翼藤(Securidaca inappendiculata Hassk.)的化学成分进行研究。方法利用硅胶柱色谱和中压液相色谱法对蝉翼藤茎的95%乙醇提取物进行分离;用UV,IR,MS,1D和2D NMR等技术对所得化合物进行结构研究。结果从蝉翼藤茎的95%乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了8个化合物,分别为:蝉翼藤萜酸苷(securiterpenoside),齐墩果酸,古柯邻二酸(P-hydroxytruxinic acid),香豆酸,对甲氧基肉桂酸乙酯,尿嘧啶核苷,β-谷甾醇和胡萝卜苷。结论 蝉翼藤萜酸苷(securiterpenoside)为新化合物,其他化合物均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

     

    Abstract: AIMTo investigate the chemical constituents of Securidaca inappendiculata. METHODS Compounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography and Medium Pressure Liquid Chromatography, respectively. Structures of the compounds were elucidated by chemical evidence and spectral (UV, IR, MS, 1HNMR and 13CNMR) analysis. RESULTSEight compounds (1~8) were isolated and identified. Seven of them (2~7) are known compounds: oleanolic acid, P-hydroxytruxinic acid, P-coumaric acid, ethyl P-methoxycinnamate, uridine, β-sitosterol and daucosterol. One (1) is a new hemiterpenoic acid glycoside, named securiterpenoside. CONCLUSION A new hemiterpenoic acid glycoside, named securiterpenoside, was isolated from Securidaca inappendiculata Hassk. Seven known compounds were isolated from genus Securidaca for the first time.
