国产檀香油化学成分和五个新化合物的初步结构研究

STUDIES ON THE CHEMICAL CONSTITUENTS OF CHINESE SANDALWOOD OIL AND PRELIMINARY STRUCTURES OF FIVE NOVEL COMPOUNDS

  • Abstract: Sandalwood (Santalum album L.) is an important Chinese tranditional medicine but was not grown in China. The Yunnan Branch and Haian Branch of our Institute succeeded in its introduction and culture. Comparing the introduced sandalwood oil with Indian sandalwood oil we found that their chemical constituents are very similar. They contain the same 12 known compounds: tricyclokasantalal, α-santalene, trans-α-bergamotene, β-santalene (S and E), α-curcumene, α-santalol, β-santalol (S and E), nuciferol, α-santalal, and β-santalal. Preliminary structures of five novel sesquiterpenols with bisablane skeleton are proposed on the basis of mass spectrometric interpretation and named as bisabolenol-A(7), B(8), C(9), D(10) and E(19).
