STUDIES ON THE MEDICINAL PLANTS OF CHINESE ZINGIBERACEAE——Ⅳ.The Structure of Stahlianthusone

摘要: 从草药姜三七的挥发油得到一种新倍半萜醌,分子式C₁₅H₁₆O₂,定名为姜三七醌(Ia)(Stahlianthusone)。经光谱分析和化学反应测定了其化学结构为1,6-二甲基4-异丙基萘醌-5,8。

Abstract: A new sesquiterpene quinone, C₁₅H₁₆O₂, has been isolated from the essential oil of Chinese herbal drug JIANG SANQI Stahlianthus involucratus (King ex Bak.) Craib, and named stahlianthusone(Ia). On the basis of chemical reactions and spectroscopic data(UV, IR, MS and NMR), the structure of stahlianthusone was elucidated as 1,6-dimethyl-4-isoprppylnaphthoquinone-5,8 (cadalene quinone-5,8) (Ia).
