柴胡皂甙v的结构鉴定

A NEW SAIKOSAPONIN FROM BUPLEURUM CHINENSE DC.

摘要: 从北柴胡(Bupleurum chinense DC.)根的乙醇提取液的EtOAc部分及BuOH部分得到4个化合物,经鉴定分别为柴胡皂甙v(saikosaponinv,1),柴胡皂甙l(saikosaponinl,2),2″-O-乙酰柴胡皂甙b2(2″-O-acetyl-saikosaponinb2,3),2″-O-乙酰柴胡皂甙a(2″-O-acetyl-saikosaponina,4),化合物1为新化合物,用化学和波谱方法确定其结构为3β,16α,23,28四羟基-齐墩果-11,13(18)-二烯-30-酸-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→3)-β-D-吡喃呋糖基-30-木糖醇(1→1)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-6-酯,化合物2～4为首次自北柴胡中分离鉴定。

Abstract: Bupleurum chinense DC. is a wellknown and very important traditional Chinese drug. It is often used to treat common cold with fever, alternating chill and fever, feeling of fullness and oppression in the chest. A new saikosaponin was isolated from Bupleurum chinense DC. and its structure was identified as 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→3)-β-D-fucopyranosyl-3β,16α,23,28-tetrahydroxy-olean-11,13(18)-dien-30-oic acid-30-O-xylityl(1→1)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-6-ester on the basis of chemical and spectral evidence. In addition, three known saikosaponins were isolated and characterized as saikosaponin l, 2″-O-acetyl-saikosaponin b₂ and 2″-O-acetylsaikosaponin a. All the compounds were isolated from Bupleurum chinense DC. for the first time.
