刺五加茎叶化学成分

CHEMICAL CONSTITUENTS OF THE STEMS AND LEAVES OF ACANTHOPANAX SENTICOSUS (RUPR.ET MAXIM.) HARMS

  • 摘要: 目的:研究五加科植物刺五加Acanthopanax senticosus (Rupr.et Maxim.) Harms茎叶中的化学成分。方法:利用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:得到3个化合物,分别鉴定为刺五加酮(ciwujiatone, III),异秦皮定(isofraxidin, I),五加甙B1(eleutheroside B1, II)。结论:III为新化合物。

     

    Abstract: AIM: To study the chemical composition in the stems and leaves of Acanthopanax senticosus (Rupr.et Maxim.) Harms. METHODS: Various chromatographic techniques were used to separate and purify the constituents. Their structures were determined by spectral analysis and chemical evidence. RESULTS: Three compounds were identified as: ciwujiatone (III), isofraxidin (I), eleutheroside B1 (II). CONCLUSION: Compound III were separated for the first time.
