Abstract:
The Bangga group of Aconite roots derived from
Aconitum naviculare Stapf and
A. tanguticum Stapf are Chinese traditional drugs used in Xizang (Tibet)Autonomous Region, and the Niobian groups of Aconite root derived from
Aconitum barbatum vat.
puberulum Ledeb.,
A. sinomontanum Nakai,
A. apetalum B. Fedtsch.,
A. finetianum Hand. -Mazz.,
A. scaposum Franch. are used as folk medicine in different parts of China.The morphological and histological characters were described, and the result shows that all these seven kinds of Aconite roots can be distinguished by their histolgical characters shown in their transverse sections.
