补骨脂化学成分的研究

STUDIES ON CHEMICAL CONSTITUENTS OF BU-GU-ZHI, THE SEEDS OF PSORALEA CORYLIFOLIA L.

  • 摘要: 从补骨脂(Psoralea corylifolia L.)中分得二个新黄酮体,补骨脂甲素和补骨脂乙素,它们的结构用化学降解和光谱分析定为Ⅰ和Ⅱ,并合成了降解产物Ⅵ、Ⅶ和补骨脂乙素。补骨脂乙素具有抑制Hela细胞作用,并在离体豚鼠心上能显著增加冠脉血流量。

     

    Abstract: Two new flavonoid compounds named corylifolin and corylifolinin, were isolated from benzene extract of Psoralea corylifolia L. Besides, the known compounds, psoralen, angelicin and psoralidin were also obtained. By means of chemical degradation and spectral analysis the structures of the two new compounds were elucidated as (1) (Ⅱ) respectively. (Ⅱ) and. their degradation products (Ⅵ), (Ⅶ) had been synthesized.It was noted that corylifolinin (Ⅱ) was found to have inhibitory effect on Hela cells and to increase coronary blood flow on isolated guinea pig heart.
