酒石酸锑钾及葡萄糖酸锑铵对大鼠甲状腺吸收Ⅰ131的影响
THE EFFECT OF TARTAR EMETIC AND AMMONIUM ANTIMONYL GLUCONATE ON THE I131 UP-TAKE BY THE RAT THYROID

摘要: 大鼠每天腹腔注射吐酒石15毫克/公斤或锑铵60毫克/公斤,连续两周后,再腹腔注射I131 0.24微居里。于24小时后处死时,吐酒石组动物甲状腺吸收的I131为注射量的17.2%,锑铵组为16.4%,正常动物组(对照祖)为19.8%,三组并无明显差异。三组动物于24小时内自尿排出的放射性碘,亦无明显不同。可见连续两周注射锑剂于大鼠,并不影响其甲状腺的功能。Abstract: After intraperitoneal injection of tartar emetic at the dosage of 15 mg/kg or ammonium antimonyl gluconate at the dosage of 60 mg/kg to rats once a day for fourteen days, a dose of I131 of 0.24 microcurie was administered intraperitoneally. The animals were sacrificed 24 hours after the I131 administration and the radioactivity in the thyroid was measured. The I131 up-take by the thyroid of the tartar emetic treated or of the ammonium antimonyl gluconate treated rats was not significantly different from that of the control animals. It is concluded that continuous administration of these antimonyl compounds to rats for two weeks does not affect the thyroid function.
