氧蒽酮-2-羧酸类衍生物及二苯酮类衍生物的合成

SYNTHESIS OF DERIVATIVES OF XANTHONE-2-CABOXYLIC ACIDS AND DIPHENYL KETONES

  • 摘要: 本文合成了一系列取代的氧蒽酮-2-羧酸化合物和二苯酮类化合物。用大鼠的被动皮肤过敏(简称PCA)反应试验抗过敏活性,显示了化合物(Ⅱ)注射有活性,化合物(Ⅳ,Ⅴ)口服有活性。

     

    Abstract: A series of substituted xanthone-2-carboxylic acids and diphenyl ketones were synthesized and bioassayed for antiallergic activity, using the passive cutaneous anaphylaxis (PCA) reation in rats. The results showed that i. v. compound Ⅱ and p. o. compounds Ⅳ and Ⅴ have inhibitory activity on PCA.
