中药川续断化学成分的研究

    为了研究中药川续断干燥根的化学成分, 利用D101大孔吸附树脂、硅胶、ODS等柱色谱和高效制备液相等各种色谱手段, 对其75% 乙醇提取物进行系统的分离和纯化, 共得到5个化合物。其结构经1H NMR13C NMR1H-1H COSYHSQCHMBC以及TOF-MS技术分别鉴定为3β-羟基-24--乌苏-4 (23), 12-二烯-28- (1)、乌苏酸 (2)、齐墩果酸 (3)3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖 (1→3)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖 (13)-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖 (1→2)-α- L-吡喃阿拉伯糖常春藤皂苷元-28-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖 (1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯苷 (4) 3-O-β-D-吡喃木糖 (1→4)- β-D-吡喃葡萄糖 (1→4) α-L-吡喃鼠李糖 (1→3)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖 (13)-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖 (1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯 -常春藤皂苷元 (5)。其中1为新化合物, 2为首次从川续断根中分离得到的化合物。

     

    Abstract:

    To study the chemical constituents of Dipsacus asper, chromatographic methods such as D101 macroporous resin, silica gel, octadecylsilyl (ODS) column chromatographic techniques and preparative HPLC were used, and five compounds were isolated from 70% (v/v) ethanol extract of the plant.  By using spectroscopic techniques including 1H NMR, 13C NMR, 1H-1H COSY, HSQC, HMBC and TOF-MS, the compounds were identified as 3β-hydroxy-24-nor-urs-4 (23), 12-dien-28-oic acid (1), ursolic acid (2), oleanolic acid (3), 3-O-α-L-rhamnosyl (1→3)-β-D-glucopyranosyl (1→3)-α-L-rhamnosyl (1→2)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl hederagenin 28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl (1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (4), 3-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl (1→4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl (1→4) α-L-rhamnosyl (1→3)-β-D-glucopyranosyl (1→3)-α-L-rhamnosyl (1→2)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl hederagenin (5), separately.  Among them, 1 is a new compound, and 2 is isolated from this plant for the first time.
