平贝母生物碱的分离和鉴定

ISOLATION AND IDENTIFICATION OF ALKALOIDS FROM FRITILLALIA USSURIENSIS MAXIM

  • 摘要: 自平贝母(Fritillaria ussuriensis Maxim)中分得四种生物碱。晶Ⅰ和晶Ⅱ是已知的生物碱,分别为西贝素和贝母辛。晶Ⅲ和晶Ⅳ是二个新的C-去甲-D-异甾体生物碱,分别命名为平贝碱甲和平贝碱乙。经制备衍生物和光谱分析推定平贝碱甲的结构为Ⅲ。平贝碱乙(熔点255~259℃,分子式C27H46O6N)的结构尚在研究中。

     

    Abstract: Four alkaloids were isolated from the bulb of Fritillaria ussuriensis Maxim (Pin Bei Mu) by a combination of column and preparative thin later chromatographic techniques. Chemical and spectral studies suggested that the alkaloids are a series of C-nor-D-homosteroid alkaloids. Two of them were identified as peimissine, sipeimine. Based on chemical and spectral studies, structure of a new alkaloid, named pingpeimine A are elucidated as 1. Another new alkaloid, nemed pingpeimine B C27H45O6N, mp 255~257, is under investigation.
