瓜子金皂甙元的分离和化学结构研究

THE ISOLATION AND STRUCTURE OF A SAPOGENIN FROMGUA ZI JIN (POLYGALA JAPONICA HOUTT)

  • 摘要: 瓜子金(Polygala japonica Houtt)为我国江南民间常用的抗炎药,系远志科植物。我们从其地上部分分离出一种皂甙—瓜子金皂甙,经酸水解,得瓜子金皂甙元(Ⅰ)。经光谱分析和化学方法确定瓜子金皂甙元(C30H48O5,mp,319~321℃,αD20+120°)是一种新的五环三萜衍生物,即2α,3α,24-三羟基齐墩果-12-烯-28-羧酸。

     

    Abstract: A new saponin has been isolated from the aerial parts of polygala japonica Houtt which is used principally as an antiinflammatory drug in, folk-lore medicine. Acidic hydrolysis of this saponin gave a new sapogenin, its structure, C30H48O5, m. p. 319~321℃, aD20120°, was elucidated to be 2 a, 3 a, 24-trihydroxyolean-12-ene-28-oic acid mainly by spectroscopic methods and some chemical transformations (Ⅰ).
