Gray relational analysis for the effect of nano-drug features on drug absorption

  • 摘要: 采用灰色关联度分析方法研究了药物的表面zeta电位、形状因子和尺度等因素对药物和吞噬细胞相互作用的过程影响的关联度,并进行了机制分析。结果表明:在药物和细胞作用过程中,药物的表面zeta电位对内化过程的影响最大,形状影响次之,颗粒尺度影响相对较小。

     

    Abstract: Gray relational analysis is employed to analyze the effects of nano-drug features on phagocytosis of macrophages, including zeta potential, shape factor and scale size of drug particle, the correlation among such factors and macrophage cell is calculated. The results showed that the internalization processe is affected significantly by the zeta potential of the drug in the process of phagocytosis of macrophages, followed by the impact particle shape, and the effect of particle scale behaves relatively small.
