防治血吸虫病药物的研究 ⅩⅩⅦ.377种药物对小鼠日本血吸虫病的治疗

摘要: (一)用感染血吸虫的小白鼠筛药377种中,有效药主要的都是Sb化合物。其中较好的为Sb-34,71,79,82,84,87,88,89,113,133,134,135,136,137,138,139,140等17种。其中9种系甘油酸的Sb化合物。(二)筛选Sb剂时,3天疗程已能够说明药物是否有效,但停药时间需10—14天,才能够观察到余虫是恢复或消灭。(三)Sb剂的疗效并非单独取决于其含Sb量,基团改变对于疗效的影响更大。(四)能抑制血吸虫的非Sb剂中有:胺苯氧烷类AME-7:(SCH2COOH)4Sn锡剂Sn-18:(SCH2COOH)4Sn杀菌剂M-94:(SCH2COOH)4SnAbstract: (1)For therapeutic effect on schistosomiasis japonica 291 non-antimonial and 86 antimonial compounds had been screened in mice. (2)Most of the effective drugs were antimonials, among which Sb-34, 71, 79, 82, 84, 87—89, 113 and 133—140 were preferable and nine of them were antimony glycerates. (3)A 3-day course of intensive antimonial treatment, followed by a holding period of 10—14 days, was found to be long enough to kill the helminths. (4)No definite relation was shown between the Sb content and the therapeutic effect of antimonial compounds. The side chains seemed to play a more important role. (5)It was demonstrated that 3 non-antimonial compounds could inhibit the growth of schistosomes:
