汉防己甲素及钙离子在豚鼠心脏中与强心甙的相互作用

THE INTERACTION OF CARDIAC GLYCOSIDES, TETRANDRINE AND Ca2+ ON THE GUINEA PIG HEART

  • 摘要: 钙离子与强心甙合用时,有协同或相加作用。但这一概念并不适用于所有的强心甙。在本实验中,羊角拗甙对豚鼠心脏的毒性作用与钙离子没有关系,这与哇巴因相似。汉防己甲素能降低强心甙的毒性,而钙离子能取消汉防己甲素的这种作用,表明汉防己甲素对抗强心甙所诱发的心律失常可能与汉防己甲素有拮抗钙的作用有关。

     

    Abstract: The generally held view that Ca2+ is synergistic to the action of cardiac glycosides, has been shown to be true only for a few glycosides. According to the results of the present experiments on guinea pigs, the toxicity of divasid, a glycoside-preparation from Strophanthus divaricatus Hook et Arn with divaricoside as the main constituens, showed no dependence on Ca2+, a circumstance similar to ouabain. In another experiment, it has been observed that Ca2+ nullified the antiarrhythmic action of tetrandrine on divasid and ouabain.
