暴马子有效成分研究——Ⅱ暴马醛酸甲酯的分离和结构测定

摘要: 自暴马子(Syringa amurensis Rupr.)树皮水煎羔的酸性部分,用提取和制备薄层法分得一无色油状物,经高分辨质谱、核磁共振谱(1H-NMR和13C-NMR),红外和紫外光谱等的分析,并结合化学性质,确定了其化学结构,为一裂环环烯醚萜,系首次发现,命名为暴马醛酸甲酯Abstract: A new secoiridoid type compound was isolated from the water extract of the bark of Syringa amurensis Rupr. Its structure has been deduced by combined application of MS, HRMS, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, IR and UV spectroscopic analysis and derivatives preparation. It is a six member ring compound, with an etheno-ether linkage, named as methyl syramuraldehydate
