银耳多糖对小鼠脾细胞产生白细胞介素2(IL-2)的影响

EFFECTOF TREMELLA POLYSACCHARIDEON IL-2PRODUCTION BY MOUSE SPLENOCYTES

  • 摘要: 银耳多糖(TP)是从福建产银耳子实体中提取的含蛋白多糖。以活化小鼠脾细胞法观察TP对体外培养小鼠脾细胞IL-2产生的影响,发现TP(1,5,10和50μg/ml)可显著增加正常小鼠脾细胞IL-2的产生;TP(0.05,0.5和5μg/ml)明显恢复老年小鼠脾细胞分泌IL-2的能力;TP(0.05,0.5和5μg/ml)可部分对抗氢化可的松(HC)对小鼠脾细胞产生IL-2的抑制效应;TP5μg/ml亦可部分拮抗环孢素A(CsA)对IL-2产生的抑制效应。

     

    Abstract: Tremella polysaccharide (TP) is an important component isolated from Tremella fuciformis Berk. In this study, the in vitro effect of TP on IL-2 production was exa-mined in activated mouse splenocytes. TP(1, 5, 10 and 50 μg/ml) significantly increasedmouse splenocyte IIL-2 production. In aged mice, the level of IL-2 production is muchlower than that in young controls. TP(0.05, 0.5 and 5 μg/ml) restored the IL - 2 pro-duction to normal level as the young control. Furthermore, TP(0.05, 0.5 and 5μg/ml)was found to partly antagonize the suppressive effect of hydrocortisone on IL-2 production. The antagonistic effect of TP(5 μg/ml) on the inhibitory activity of cyclosporin Awas also observed.
