异紫堇啡碱对家兔窦房结及豚鼠心室肌动作电位的作用

EFFECTS OF ISOCORYDINE ON ACTION POTENTIALS OF RABBIT SINOATRIAL NODE AND. GUINEA PIG VENTRICULAR MUSCLES

  • 摘要: 用细胞内固定微电极技术观察了异紫堇啡碱(isocorydine)对家兔窦房结电活动、豚鼠心室肌动作电位及Ba2+诱发的豚鼠心室肌自发电活动的作用。结果表明,异紫堇啡碱能使窦房结细胞APA,SP0,SP4减小、APD90延长、自律性降低。3 μM异紫堇啡碱能使心室肌细胞的APD50,APD90和ERP延长,300μM异紫堇啡碱则使心室肌细胞APD50和APD90缩短,但不缩短ERP,使ERP相对延长。300μM异紫茧啡碱亦能明显抑制Ba2+诱发的心室肌自发电活动。

     

    Abstract: The effects of isocorydine on the action potentials of rabbit sinoatrial node and guinea pig ventricular muscles as well as the spontaneous electrical activity induced by barium ion in ventricular muscles were studied with intracellular microelectrodes. When the sinoatrial node cells were exposed to 30 μM or 300 μM isocorydine, their APA, SP0, SP4 were decreased. Concomitantly, isocorydine slowed the rate of spontaneous impulse initiation by the sinoatrial node. At the concentration of 3 μM, isocorydine prolonged the durations of action potential (APD50, APD90)and the effective refractory period (ERP) of the ventricular muscle cells. A prolongation of ERP was observed with 30 μM isocorydine, without any significant effects on other parameters of action potential. By raising the concentration to 300 μM, isocorydine caused an obvious shortening of the duration of action potential but not ERP. Isocorydine 300 μm can also efficiently suppress the spontaneous electriccal activity induced by barium ion in guinea pig ventricular muscles.
