小蔓长春花中长春胺含量测定方法的研究

STUDIES ON DETERMINATION OF VINCAMINE IN VINCA MINOR

  • 摘要: 本文报道测定小蔓长春花中长春胺含量的两个方法——可见薄层扫描法及紫外分光光度法。前法的线性范围为0.5~3.0μg/点,纯品的变异系数为2.02%(n=9);后法在50~250μg/IN HCl5ml间符合Beer定律,纯品回收率为98.2±2.1%。两法测定结果一致,但前法较快速,灵敏。

     

    Abstract: Application of thin layer chromatographic method to separation and subsequent visible densitometric or UV spectrophotometric determination of vincamine in Vinca minor is described.By densitometric method the linear range was 0.5~3.0μg, per spot and CV% of pure vincamine was 2.02 (n=9).Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 50~250μg in 5 ml of 1 N hydrochloric acid solution and recovery of pure vincamine was 98.2±2.1% by the UV spectrophotometric method.The results of quantitative determination of 6 samples by both methods agreed very well, but. the densitometric method was far more rapid and sensitive than the UV method.
