甜茶树甜味成分研究

STUDIES ON THE SWEET PRINCIPLES FROM THE LEAVES OF CYCLOCARYA PALIURUS(BATAL.)ILJINSKAYA

  • 摘要: 从甜茶树Cyclocarya paliurus(Batal.)Iljinskaya中分离得到4个(Ⅰ~Ⅳ)有强甜味的化合物。根据理化性质和光谱数据,鉴定化合物Ⅰ的结构为20,24-环氧-达玛烷-(3β、12β、24R)-120-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基-25-羟基-3-O-α-(5’-O-乙酰基)-L-呋喃阿拉伯糖甙,为一新的天然产物,命名为甜茶树甙A(cyclocarioside A)。

     

    Abstract: Four intensely sweet compounds (Ⅰ~Ⅳ) were obtained from the leaves of Cyelocarya paliurus (Batal.) Iljinskaya. The Structure of compound I was elucidated by chemical and spec-troscopic methods as 20,24-epoxy-dammarane- (3β, 12β,24R)-12-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-25-hy-droxyl-3-O-α-(5′-O-acetyl)-L-arabinofuranoside. It is a new natural product, named cyclocariosidcA, and is the main sweet principle of this plant, possessing about 200 times the sweetness intensity ofsugar.
