联苯双酯对鼠肝细胞的生化药理作用

THE BIOCHEMICAL AND PHARMACOLOGICAL EFFECTS OF BIPHENYL DIMETHYL DICARBOXYLATE (DDB) ON RAT LIVER CELLS

  • 摘要: 本文结果表明,联苯双酯可增加肝细胞膜流动性。同时,联苯双酯具有保护线粒体结构和功能的作用:消除表面活性剂Triton X-100引起的线粒体肿胀;增加线粒体呼吸控制比;在氧化反应基础上,保持偶联磷酸化,增加线粒体ATP合成效率;促进线粒体对Ca2+的摄取。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, results of a study on effect of DDB, a clinically effective drug in treating hepatitis, on the membrane fluidity of rat liver cells in vitro are described. The results indicate that DDB can increase the fluidity of liver cell membrane. Futhermore, DDB was found to be able to maintain the structure and function of mitochondria by (1) preventing the mitochondrial swelling induced by Triton X-100, (2) increasing the respiratory control ratio and (3) stimulating oxidative phosphorylation (increasing ATP synthesis and Ca2+ uptake). These observations are helpful in elucidating the mechanism underlining the therapeutic effects of DDB in treating hepatitis.
