苦绳二糖甙的结构研究

STUDIES ON THE STRUCTURE OF DIGLYCOSIDE FROM DREGEA SINENSIS VAR. CORRUGATA

摘要: 从苦绳(Dregea sinensis var.corrugata)的根茎中分得一个新的二糖甙,命名为苦绳甙乙(dregeoside B,Ⅰ),经光谱分析和化学反应证明其结构为12,20-二-O-异戊酰基托曼托甙元-3-O-α-L-夹竹桃吡喃糖-(1→4)-O-α-L-夹竹桃吡喃糖甙(12,20-di-O-isovaleryltomentogenin-3-O-α-L-oleandropyranosyl-(1→4)-O-α-L-oleandropyranoside)。

Abstract: A new diglycoside, named dregeoside, was isolatedfrom the rhizomes of Dregea sinensis var corrugata (Asclepiadaceae). The structure of dregeoside was deduced on the basis of chemical and spectral evidence as 12, 20-di-O-isovaleryl tomentogenin-3-O-α-L-oleandropyranosyl-(1→4)-α-L-oleandropyranoside.
