The isolation and identification of two new epimer from the mother liquid of testosterone

  • 摘要: 目的研究药物睾丸素中所含的杂质。方法应用柱色谱方法进行分离和纯化，NMR和MS等波谱解析化学结构。结果从睾丸素母液中分离得到2个化合物。结论化合物1,2为新差向异构体，其结构分别鉴定为：3α-乙氧基雄甾-4-烯-17β-醇(1),3β-乙氧基雄甾-4-烯-17β-醇(2)。

     

    Abstract: AimTo study the impurity of the drug testosterone. MethodsChromatography methods were used to separate the chemical constituents. Their structures were determined by NMR and MS spectral analysis. ResultsTwo new epimers were isolated from the mother liquid of the drug. ConclusionThese new epimers were identified as 3α-ethoxyandrost-4-en-17β-ol, 3β-ethoxyandrost-4-en-17β-ol.
