AimIsolation and structural elucidation of the triterpenoid saponins of
Oplopanax elatus Nakai. MethodsSolvent extraction and column chromatography were used to isolate the triterpenoid saponins, physico-chemical constants and spectroscopic analysis were employed for structural elucidation.
