One new phenylethanoid glycoside from Corallodiscus flabellata

摘要: 目的研究石胆草（Corallodiscus flabellata）乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分。方法利用Diaion HP-20，Sephadex LH-20，硅胶柱等色谱技术进行分离纯化，根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定结构。结果分离并鉴定了4个化合物：1′-O-β-D-(3，4-二羟基苯乙基)- 6′-O-香草酰基-葡糖苷(1);1′-O-β-(4-羟基苯乙基)-β-D-芹糖-(1→2′)-葡糖苷(2)；4-羟基苯乙醇(3)；1，1′-二羟基乙醚(4)。结论化合物1为新化合物，化合物2~4均首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract: AimTo study the antivirus chemical constituents of Corallodiscus flabellata. Methods The compounds were isolated with macroporous absorption resin, Diaion HP-20, Sephadex LH-20, silica gel column chromatography and identified on the basis of their physio-chemical and spectral data. Results Four compounds were obtained and identified as 1′-O-β-D-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-ethyl-6′-O-vanilloyl-glucopyranoside (1); 1′-O-β-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-ethyl-β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1→2′)-glucopyranoside (2); 4- hydroxyphenethyl alcohol (3)； bis (2-hydroxyethyl) ether (4).ConclusionCompound 1 is a new compound, compounds 2-4 were isolated from Corallodiscus flabellata for the first time.
