碘(代)-4-N,N-二甲氨基偶氮苯衍生物的合成

SYNTHESIS OF SOME IODINE SUBSTITUTED ρ-DIMETHYLAMINOAZOBENZENE DERIVATIVES

摘要: 合成了3'-甲基-4',6'-二碘-,2′-甲基-4′-碘-和2′,4′-二碘-4-N,N-甲氨基偶氮苯类的新化合物。在合成4′-碘-4-N,N-二甲氨基偶氮苯-Ⅰ¹³¹时,将重氮化与偶合反应合并进行,簡化了实驗步驟。产率为68.19%。

Abstract: Some iodine substituted p-dimethylaminoazobenzene derivatives were synthesized by coupling iodobenzendiazonium salt with dimethylaniline. In the preparation of 4'-iodo-4-N,N-dimethylaminoazobene-I, diazotization and coupling were carried out in one step in order to avoid decomposition and a yield of about 68% was obtained.
