穿龙薯芋中两种水难溶性甾体皂甙的结构研究

ELUCIDATION OF THE CHEMICAL STRUCTURES OF TWO STEROID SAPONINS OF DIOSCOREA NIPPNICA MAKINO

    摘要
  • Abstract: A Chinese medicine, "Chuanlong Guanxin Ning", made from Dioscorea nipponica Makino, has been used to treat coronary arteriosclerosis. Two sparingly soluble steroid saponins were isolated and purified by means of column chromatography and recrystallization. IR, MS, TLC, HPLC and tests of their physicochemical constants showed that one of them is Dioscin and the other Gracillin.
