纸层析和薄层层析溶剂系统的最佳组合选取法

SELECTION OF OPTIMAL COMBINATION OF SOLVENT SYSTEMS TO BE USED IN PAPER AND THIN LAYER CHROMATOGRAPHY

  • 摘要: 本文为电子计算机辅助纸层析和薄层层析溶剂系统最佳组合的选取提供了一种算法。针对供试药物和系统数目的多少提出了两种方法:逐步组合法和择优组合法。通过TRs-80微型电子计算机对26种食用染料和22种磺胺类药物的计算,取得满意结果,不仅克服了数值分类信息量选取法和系统差值信息量分类法的某些缺点,而且还能给出众多的、甚至所有可能的各种系统的最佳组合方案。此法也适于人工手算进行选取。

     

    Abstract: A useful algorithm which may be used in selecting the optimal combination of solvent systems forpaper and thin layer chromatography assisted by computer was presented. Depending upon the number of solvent systems and drugs to be tested, two kinds of methods, "stepwise combination" and "combination by good choice", were provided. Computation of 26 food dyes and 22 sulfa drugs was made by TRS-80 μ-computer with satisfactory results.Using these methods, some shortcomings originated from the numerical taxonomic technique with information content as selection criterion and from the taxonomic technique of information content of system-difference were overcome, and various combination programs could be given as well. The proposed method can also be used by manual calculation without any computer.
