罗布麻中金丝桃甙的脉冲极谱测定

PULSE POLAROGRAPHIC DETERMINATION OF HYPEROSIDE FROM APOCYNUM VENETUM L.

  • 摘要: 本文报道了罗布麻中金丝桃甙的提取、分离和脉冲极谱测定条件。罗布麻中含有较大量的金丝桃甙,生药用甲醇提取后用聚酰胺板分离,展开剂为氯仿—甲醇—水(4:1.5:0.1),用5 ml混合溶剂浸泡、洗脱,金丝桃甙在0.1 M硫酸铵底液中于—1.45V(vs SCE)有很好的峰形。

     

    Abstract: This paper reports the extraction, separation and quantitative determination of hyperoside in Luobuma (Apocynum venetum L.). After solvent extraction of the crude drug, hyper0side was separated by thin layer chromatography and determined by pulse polarographic method. Ammonium sulfate solution 0.1 M was used as the supporting electrolyte. The peak potential was -1.45 V (vs SCE).
