慢性气管炎药泽漆有效成分的研究Ⅰ

STUDIES ON THE ACTIVE PRINCIPLES OF Ze-Qi(EUPHORBIA HELIOSCOPIA L.) A DRUG USED FOR CHRONIC BRONCHITIS (Ⅰ).

  • 摘要: 从泽漆中分得五种结晶性物质,经紫外、红外、元素分析证实为:槲皮素-3-双半乳糖甙(命名为Heliosin)、金丝桃甙、槲皮素、没食子酸与琥珀酸。前二种化合物经临床验证,有较好的镇咳作用。没食子酸对菌痢有一定的疗效。

     

    Abstract: Five. crystalline compounds have been isolated from Ze-Qi (Euphorbia helioscopia L.).They were identified as quercetin-3-digalactoside (Heliosin), quercetin, hyperin, gallic acid and succinic acid according to chemical studies and spectral data analysis.Heliosin has been tried clinically on 286 patients and the results showed satisfatory antitussive effect. In addition, the gallic acid has been tried for treating bacillary dysentery and showed certain therapeutic effect.
