Advance in the study of compounds inducing the expression of heme oxygenase-1

  • 摘要: 血红素氧化酶-1(HO-1)是一种细胞应激性蛋白,它的表达在许多病理和生理过程中起着重要的调节作用。虽然它在机体多数组织中表达水平低或不表达,但大量的临床和药理实验证明很多化合物可通过调节不同的转录因子和信号传导途径而诱导HO-1表达,从而发挥一定的疗效。本文总结了近十年来该领域国内外研究的几类化合物,并对其诱导机制进行简要分析。

     

    Abstract: Heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) is a cellular stress protein, and its expression plays an important regulatory role in a lot of physiological and pathological processes. Although the expression of HO-1 in most tissues of body is low, a number of clinical and pharmacological experiments have proved that many compounds can induce HO-1 expression. The increase of HO-1 expression is the result of regulating different signaling pathways and transcription factors, and this induction of HO-1 is suggested to be partially therapeutic efficacy of these compounds. This article summarizes some kinds of compounds in this field of research at home and abroad over the last 10 years, and provides a brief analysis of the mechanism.
