海南哥纳香抗癌有效成分研究

THE CHEMICAL CONSTITUENTS OF GONIOTHALAMUS HOWII MERR

  • 摘要: 从番荔枝科(Annonaceae)哥纳香属植物海南哥纳香(Goniothalamus howi Mer)树皮中分离出2种苯乙烯吡喃酮类新化合物,分别命名为海南哥纳香醇甲(Howinol A,I)和海南哥纳香酯甲(Howinin A,I)。药理实验表明海南哥纳香醇甲对多种瘤株体内体外实验均显示较明显的抗肿瘤活性。

     

    Abstract: Two new compounds were isolated from the chloroform soluble fraction of ethanolic extract of bark of Goniothalamus howii Merr. On the basis of their chemical properties and spectral data (MS, UV, IR,1H and13CNMR) they were identified as 6S(1R-hydroxy-2R-cinnamyloxyphenethyl)5,6-dihydro- 5S-hydroxy-2-pyrone named Howiinol A and 6S-(1S,2R-epoxyphenethyl-5S-cinnamyloxy)5,6-dihydro-2-pyrone named Howiinin A. Howiinol A showed significant antitumor activities toward human tumor cell in vitro and in vivo and less toxic.
