The generation, trapping and detection methods of hydroxyl radical

  • 摘要: 本文系统介绍了羟自由基的产生体系、捕集剂及检测方法,包括电子自旋共振法、荧光法、电化学检测法、紫外法、化学发光法及质谱分析法,并比较了上述方法的优缺点。

     

    Abstract: In this review, we provide information on hydroxyl radical generation, trapping and detection methods, including electron spin resonance (ESR), electrochemistry detection (ECD), fluorescence detection, UV detection, chemoluminescence and mass spectrometry (MS). In addition, the advantages and disadvantages of the above methods were discussed.
