粉防己碱与氯化钙对麻醉狗心阻抗血流图的影响
EFFECTS OF TETRANDRINE AND CALCIUM CHLORIDE ON THE IMPEDANCE CARDIOGRAM OF ANAESTHETIZED CANINES

摘要: 麻醉狗静脉注射粉防己碱(Tet)10mg/kg或戊脉安(Ver)0.4mg/kg后,心肌收缩性能的指标均受影响,dz/dt max(胸腔血流最大上升速率)降低。Q-Z间期延长,心肌收缩指数(HI)减小。泵功能指标,CO、CI、SV、SI及TTI也均明显降低。表明对心肌收缩性能及泵功能均有抑制作用。二药还明显减慢心率,降低总外周血管阻力和张力时间指数,提示心肌能量消耗的降低。Tet对以上心脏功能各项指标的影响,能被CaCl2所对抗,其结果均与Ver十分相似,这符合以前所提Tet可能为一钙拮抗剂或慢通道阻滞剂的看法。Abstract: Tetrandrine (Tet) 10 mg/kg or verapamil (Ver) 0.4 mg/kg iv decreased cardiac contractility as shown by the lowering of dz/dt max, prolongation of Q-Z interval and decrease of Heather index in anethetized dogs. The pump function parameters of the heart-CO, CI, SV,SI and TTI were reduced concomitantly. Since both drugs decreased HR, TPR and TTI, the oxygen consumption of the heart might be reduced accordingly.The fact that the effects of Tet and Ver on the heart performance are very similar and can all be reversed by calcium chloride gives further support to the speculation that Tet might be a slow channel blocker.
