THANSFORMING THE CARBOMETHOXY OF α-DIMETHYL DICARBOXYLATE BIPHENYL

  • 摘要: 目的:合成新的联苯双酯类似物。方法:对联苯双酯的酯基进行结构修饰,合成了一些对称和不对称的联苯双酯类似物;用IR,1HNMR,MS和EA等进行结构鉴定。结果:完成了9个α-联苯双酯酯基部分衍生物的合成,其中3个(3,4和5)为新化合物。结论:这些化合物大部分有较强的抗肿瘤活性。

     

    Abstract: AIM: To synthesize some new analogues of α-DDB (dimethyl 4,4′-dimethoxy-5,6,5′,6′-dimethylenedioxy-2,2′-biphenyl dicarboxylate). METHODS: Structure modification to the carbomethoxy of α-DDB to synthesize some symmetrical and asymmetrical biphenyl anlogues. The structures of these compounds are confirmed by IR, 1HNMR, MS and EA. RESULTS: Nine dirivatives of α-DDB have been synthesized and three of them (3, 4 and 5) are new compounds. CONCLUSION: Most of these compounds have antitumor activities.
