碘化二甲基木防己碱对实验性心律失常及心肌电活动的作用

THE EFFECT OF DIMETHYLTRILOBINE IODIDE ON EXPERIMENTAL ARRHYTHMIA AND ITS ELECTROPHYSIOLOGICAL ACTION ON MYOCARDIUM

  • 摘要: 静脉注射碘化二甲基木防己碱(DMT)1mg/kg,有对抗乌头碱诱发大鼠心律失常的作用。腹腔注射DMT0.25mg/kg,有对抗氯仿-肾上腺素诱发家兔心律失常的作用。腹腔注射DMT1.5mg/kg,对抗哇巴因诱发豚鼠心律失常,使豚鼠心室肌细胞动作电位平台期延长。DMT3.0×10-6使家兔离体心房肌功能不应期延长。

     

    Abstract: In anaesthetized rats the onset of arrhythmia induced by aconitine was shown to be delayed by iv injection of dimethyltrilobine iodide(DMT)1 mg/kg. In anaesthetized guinea pigs the onset of arrhythmia induced by ouabain could also be delayed by ip injection DMT 1.5 mg/kg. DMT 0.25 mg/kg injected ip was found to protect rabbits against chloroform-adrenaline induced arrhythmia. APD50 of ventricular myocardial cells of guinea pigs in situ was shown to be prolonged by ip injection of DMT 1.5 mg/kg. In isolated rabbit atrial muscle the functional refractory period was found to be prolonged by DMT 3.0x 10-6M.
