降血脂药物的研究:新的芳氧异丁酸类化合物的合成

STUDIES ON DRUGS USED FOR THE TREATMENT OF HYPERLIPOPROTEINEMIA: SYNTHESIS OF NEW ARYLOXYISOBUTYRIC ACID DERIVATIVES

  • 摘要: 为了寻找高效低毒的降血脂药物,合成了22个芳氧异丁酸类化合物。其中4个化合物(1,12,16,18)的动物筛选实验表明:2,5-二甲苯氧异丁酸乙酯(化合物16)的降血脂效果优于安妥明且毒性小。

     

    Abstract: In order to search for effective hypolipidemic drugs, twenty-two aryloxyisobutyric acid derivatives were prepared. Results of animal screening tests of four of those compounds (1, 12, 16, 18) showed that ethyl 2,5-dimethylphenoxyisobutyrate (16) is more effective and less toxic than Clofibrate.
