细胞色素P450酶是一组由许多同工酶组成的超基因大家族, 在外源性和内源性物质的代谢中起着极其重要的作用。越来越多的研究发现, P450酶并不总是遵循经典的米氏动力学, 动力学模式经常以别构形式出现, 即表现出非典型动力学行为, 这也是当今的一个研究热点。本文就P450酶的非典型动力学表现形式及其发生机制做一综述, 为酶动力学研究提供科学依据。
Abstract:Cytochrome P450 enzymes are composed of many isozymes and involved in the biotransformation of both exogenous and endogenous substances. A growing number of studies have found that the P450 enzymes do not always follow the classical Michaelis-Menten kinetics, but show atypical kinetic behavior, which is also the current research hotspot. In this paper, the category and mechanisms of atypical kinetics of the P450 enzyme were reviewed, providing theoretical basis for the research of enzyme kinetics.
