香榧假种皮中的木脂素成分

摘要: 目的研究香榧假种皮中的化学成分。方法采用色谱技术分离纯化,自85%乙醇提取物中分得3个木脂素化合物,应用光谱技术(IR,EI-MS,¹HNMR,¹³CNMR,DEPT,2D-NMR),确定了它们的化学结构。结果3个化合物分别为松脂素(I),二氢脱水二聚松柏醇(II),(7,8-cis-8,8′-trans)-2′,4′-二羟基-3,5-二甲氧基-落叶松脂素(III)。结论以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分得,其中III为一新化合物。

Abstract: AimTo separate and identify the chemical constituents of the aril of Torreya grandis cv. Merrilli. MethodsThree lignins were isolated by chromatography and their chemical structures were elucidated by IR, EI-MS, ₁HNMR, ₁₃CNMR, DEPT and 2D-NMR spectral methods. ResultsThree lignins were identified as pinonesinol, dihydrodehydrodiconiferylalcohol and (7,8-cis-8,8′-trans)-2′,4′dihydroxyl-3,5-dimethoxy-lariciresinol. ConclusionThese compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time, and compound III is a new compound.
