雌二醇11位含氧取代物的合成

SYNTHESIS OF 11-SUBSTITUTED (CONTAINING OXYGEN GROUP) ESTRADIOL

  • 摘要: 为了进行抗辐射损伤药物的研究,参照文献从△9(11)-雌二醇合成了11α-甲氧基雌二醇(12),对一些方法进行了改进。并从其中间体(3)合成了11α-羟基雌二醇(11)、11β-羟基雌二醇(13)、11β-甲氧基雌二醇(14)和11α-甲氧基-9β-雌二醇(15)。产物及关键中间体的核磁共振氢谱、质谱、元素分析等符合其结构。

     

    Abstract: 11α-Methoxy-estradiol (12) was synthesized according to the method reported by Pierdet et al, with improvement in process. In addition to 11α-hydroxy-estradiol (11), 11β-hydroxy-estradiol (13), 11β-methoxy-estradiol (14) and 11α-methoxy-9β-estradiol (15) were synthesized from the same intermediate (3). The structures of synthetic products and key-intermediates were proved by 1H-NMR, mass spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The estrogenic activity, of compounds (11), (12), (13), (14) and (15) was reported.
